With over 20 years of experience in British education at international schools, spanning 7 countries and 4 continents, with the last 12 years spent in Dubai, I am very aware of the UAE's unique global setting and demands for learning that exist here. As a previous Head of School with Senior Leadership qualification from the UK and University Degree in Primary Education, I am proud to bring TutorsME to families in the UAE that may be considering additional professional guidance to ensure their children achieve their potential in education. 

 

In today’s educational landscape, the volume of content covered within limited classroom hours leaves many students with insufficient time to practise, review and consolidate their learning. I have seen firsthand the challenges students face in keeping pace with modern academic demands. This can lead to students falling behind, losing confidence in their abilities and perhaps even developing anxieties around academic performance.

 

Too often, essential knowledge and skills are not fully retained because schools may move rapidly through content; offering limited opportunities for students to explore and internalise key concepts. This lack of depth can significantly hinder their ability to apply learning later on and may persist throughout their academic journey if not addressed early.
